Black River Birch
Tree trunks start out white when young and will darken with furrows with age. Grown as a specimen plant at estates, golf courses and homes and as an erosion control along river banks, as well as ornamental use. Grows 30-60 feet. Because of the unique bark form this tree can be used in bonsai culture if given the required pruning. Item # b - River Birch Sowing instructions: Soak seed overnight.
