  Tectona grandis  A beautiful tree with large, bright green leaves that are very soft and are among the most lovely in all the plant kingdom. The tree is accented with delicate, small clusters of pure white blooms.  The wood from this tree is highly valued for its high quality and is used in making furniture and boats.  Makes a terrific and unique houseplant for those who love the exotic!  Item # rsd - 79  

Sowing instructions: Soak seed overnight. Sow at 55-65 degrees F in standard good draining potting mix.  

Plant Care: Grow in a standard potting mix. Keep soil moist and feed once a month. Transplant when large enough to handle into pots.  Keep humid if in dry conditions by occasional misting.
