Miracle Fruit

 Synsepalum dulcificum   A small evergreen plant with deep green, leathery leaves and flowers born in clusters followed by red fruit about ¾” in diameter.  The fruit is fleshy and contains only one seed. The miracle of the fruit is that after eating it everything else tastes sweet.  Even a lemon! Effect last approximately 60 minutes. Sowing instructions: Plant Immediately! Soak seed overnight. Sow seed at 60-64 degrees F in standard good draining potting mix.  Grow in full light, water freely during growing season, sparingly in winter and feed once a month. 

Plant Care: Grow in a standard potting mix.  Water  moderately and feed once a month. Transplant when large enough to handle into pots.  An acidic soil is preferable and must if the desired product effect is wanted. Try to keep the soil at  4.5-5.8 pH.  Keep humid if in dry conditions by occasional misting.
