Neem Tree (azadirachta indica)  Also known as the Margosa tree, this tree is native to Sri Lanka and India.  A beautiful open canopy graces this tree with large glossy leaves.  It blooms white, star-shaped flowers in the spring that have a pleasing scent.  Birds love the clusters orange berries that follow.  The bark of the tree is highly sought after for a hormone it contains that disrupts life cycles of some insects.  This tree is drought tolerant and can survive temperatures to 32°  Sow seed in a standard potting mix, keep moist until established then water when dry. The oils from this tree are toxic.  Item #rsd-110    

    Trebol or Macawood (Platymiscium parviforium)  This rare hardwood tree produces a bright red to reddish brown colored wood used in making fine cabinets. This is a beautiful tree to own.  Sow seed in standard potting mix, grow in full sun. And water freely during growing season and moderately during winter months. This is a threatened tree in Costa Rica and is in danger of extinction.  item # rsd-99
