Sowing

Pink Powder Puff calliandra inaequilatera Very
similar to Red Powder Puff calliandra calothyrus. This is the
beginning of the bloom and by the next day you have the below picture.
The
blooms are short lived, but the plant produces them in
profuse numbers at maturity. The day after this
picture was shot the bloom was gone. But notice the
new bud behind it coming on.

The brownish
leaves are new. They then turn to the darker green.
The leaves fold up
when the sun starts heading down.
