Pink Shower Tree Tabebuia rosea

A tree with a smooth trunk and branches that spread out near the top. The leaves have a pink tint for the first two years.  Buds start out lavender and open up into bright coral clusters. 

Sow seed at 61 degrees F in standard potting mix.  Grow in full light with shade from hot suns.  Water freely during growing season, sparingly during winter months and feed once a month.  Min. temp. 50-59 degrees F.               

Winter hardy in tropical zones 10 - 11 but can be easily grown indoors in colder climates if given warmth and bright light. Makes a unique conversation piece and striking houseplant! ! !  Item # rsd - 58
