  Sacred Lilac- Also known as Persian Lilac or Chinaberry - Clusters of 1” flowers grace this fast growing, beautiful tree with attractive bright green leaves.  Star-shaped flowers are lavender with purple stamens followed by yellow fruit ½ inch long. Seeds are sometimes used as beads in Asia.  An extract from the seeds is made into a natural insecticide.  Sow seed at 55-64° F in standard potting mix.  Grow in full light, water freely and feed once a month.  Item # rsd - 68
