Guarantee Policy

Guarantee policy:   We're pretty simple here.  If you're not completely happy with your purchase, for any reason, just send the item back for a full refund, minus the shipping fees. Just check each item for the return duration period.  If not listed, it will be 15 days from the ship date.   

 Many of the products, for sale in this site, have been used by our landscape and gardening crews and are well tested.  That way we know for sure that you are getting the very best in quality products.  If they don't pass our test for ruggedness you won't see them listed.

RE: Seeds   Please Read – this is your product assurance information. Summers Seeds / Driftwood Gardens - warrants the seed to be of the variety and quantity advertised. Safe delivery is guaranteed and lost or damaged seeds will be replaced at our expense.  All claims must be made within 10 days of shipment postmark. All other replacements, refunds, returns and exchanges will be made at the sole discretion of a representative of Summers Seeds / Driftwood Gardens.

 Buyer must be aware that seeds are a living entity. Germination and growing seeds to plants depend on many important growing skills such as proper planting, soil temperature, seed depth, type of soil, watering, proper use of fertilizers and insecticides, disease free soil and light control.

These and many other factors affect germination.  These factors are totally out of the seller’s control and are the buyer’s responsibility and risk. Consequently, the seller cannot unconditionally guaranty the seed to perform properly regardless of any conditions or the buyers’ methods or mistakes.

Limitation of Remedy: Summers Seeds / Driftwood Gardens is not responsible for the use or misuse of the seeds or the plants resulting from seeds, purchased or how products or by-products derived from them are used.  It is absolutely the buyers responsibility to be informed about any potential risk and to use seeds in the way they were intended. It is the buyers responsibility to keep plants and seeds away from children and pets as deemed necessary by the purchaser for safety and maintain adult supervision when needed. All remedies are limited to the actual purchase price of the seed.  By purchasing seed from us you agree to these terms.

 We warrant to the extent of the purchase price only that the seeds or plants sold are as described on the label within recognized tolerances. No other warranty is given, expressed or implied, of the merchantability or viability of the seeds or plants for any reason or  purpose, or against loss due to any cause. We cannot and do not accept any responsibility for the uncontrollable growing and climatic conditions, soil preparation, fertilization, weed and pest control, temperature control, irrigation and so on. . .  that must be met to insure the success of your plants.
