Datura metel 'Belle Blanche'

Green-gray velvety leaves and beautiful, large, creamy white trumpet-shaped flowers give this plant its dramatic beauty. An easy grower with an extremely pleasant fragrance. A exciting exotic houseplant!  New flowers open daily. A beautiful, fast grower indoors. Flowers are self pollinating and the plant will flower within the first year!  An excellent container plant! Can be grown as an annual outdoors.   Item # rsd - 133

Sowing instructions:

  • Soak in warm water for 24 hours

  • Sow seed 3/4” deep at a soil temperature of 61° F. and keep moist

  • Sow in standard good draining potting mix

Plant Care:

  • Grow in a standard potting mix

  • Place in bright filtered light

  • Likes a deep, rich well fertilized soil

  • Keep moist and feed once a month

  • Transplant when large enough to handle into pots

  •  Keep humid if in dry conditions by occasional misting

  • Keep plant above 45° F or grow as an annual

  • Do not allow to remain in standing water

All parts of this plant are toxic if ingested.
